How Much Does it Cost?

SERVICES AND FEES  

Research Service Includes: 

• Review of client provided information 

• Formulation of work plan  

• Research and analysis  

• Written report of findings, including negative findings  

• Recommendations for future research  

• Digital copies of evidence including  documents, transcriptions, or abstracts of documents

• Evaluation of documents  

• PDF of Pedigree Chart

• Family Narrative/Biography (optional; additional fee)  

• Family Album (optional; additional fee)

Deposit Fee 

$200 for two-hour minimum, payable in advance;  Other charges will be billed upon completion;  A bill will be sent to you for electronic payment before research begins, along with a research agreement stating fees, limitations, etc.  

Hourly Fee 

$75 per additional hour for services described above.  

Research time includes phone time, travel time,  and email consultations with client.  Unsuccessful searches are charged.  

Reimbursable Expenses 

Document Fees, Postage, photocopies, parking, microfilm rental charges, other incidental expenses; Mileage expenses at the authorized IRS rate. 

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION.   YOUR INFORMATION IS KEPT PRIVATE BETWEEN CLIENT AND RESEARCHER.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO ALLOW YOUR REPORT TO BE SHARED, A RELEASE FORM MUST BE SIGNED.
